So sorry that it has taken me this long to get this up! I am still without a computer, so I've been lacking in doing things on here. My cell phone keeps me up to date on what you guys are doing, but is too slow for me to attempt responses and journals...ANYWAY...Here is this months Vignette winner!!

Hello, I'm Mihaela, I'm 16 years old and I live in Iasi, Romania. I like photography, literature, music, art, flowers, sunny days, old stuff and books. I study at "Vasile Alecsandri" Theoretical High School and I study philology.
I would like to go to a journalism university, but I'm not sure yet.
I have a Sony alpha200 (standard lenses, 18 - 70 mm) and I'm proud of it. When I had started to take photos it was from a kind of narcissism because I used to have just me as a model, but then I opened my eyes and saw the raw beauty around me. I'm practicing and trying to get better because I need to progress.
I think photography is a way to express feelings, emotions and thoughts.

Miheala has been an active member for two years now with over 66,000 page views!

I need a Icon that doesn't look amateur! So....That brings us to the contest... As our watchers know we are not 100% Vintage, so we don't want you revolving your idea for our icon on that...we are more about the definition of Vignette than anything. So...Do your research on the background of that word, and use your imagination to create what you think would be a great icon that would catch the eye of someone that has never heard of us before! [link] Contest will run Until November 6th,2009.

I am EXTENDING the contest considering we only have ONE entry to December 12th. I really hope that some people will jump on this and enter! Remember its not just for an AV.
